Healthy Soils products are non toxic and comply with the blends specified on the label. They are supplied in concentrated form and require dilution in accordance with the required use. All applications must be applied using clean residue free spraying equipment, particularily the filters. As strict control cannot be exercised over conditions influencing fertiliser responses - including weather, plant and soil conditions - NO responsibility or liability will be accepted for any failure in performance, losses, damages, or injuries (consequential or otherwise) arising from storage, handling, mixing, application or use. The purchaser assumes all responsibility for the correct selection, use and application of the product. Healthy Soils accepts NO liability for damage to pasture, crops or consequential loss. Products supplied in quantities of 5 litres or greater are supplied for business purposes only, and as defined by Section 43 of the Consumer Guarantees Act, you agree that the Consumer Guarantees Act is excluded.
