The formation of Healthy Soils Limited is the result of the amalgamation of three Companies.

Humatech, was established in February 2006, with the aim of returning our farmed soils to the nutritional balance nature intended.

Healthy Soils Ltd, was formed in February 2006, to improve the biological properties of the soil.

And Foliafeed Fertiliser Ltd, which commenced in 1992 by a group of people, who realised the potential of converting fish by products into a valuable organic fertiliser.

We have progressed a lot since the amalgamation of the three companies in 2007, appreciating the benefits of fertilisation, and the relationship between fertilisers and a healthy biologically active soil. This includes the correct mineralisation, or re mineralisation, to obtain the maximum benefit from that biological population. We also have a good understanding as to how a biologically healthy soil goes hand in hand with producing healthy stock, healthy food and most importantly, healthy humans.

The company caters to all facets of the farming sector, whether you are the conventional farmer,
who is questioning the use of acid based fertilisers, or the organic farmer on the road to a more holistic approach to his/her farming practices and is looking to produce organically certified products. Also the orchardist or market gardener wanting to correct the balance of bacteria, fungi and minerals to make their products grow better, taste better and contain more nutrition.

This company has a great deal to offer everybody, even the home gardener.
